The cost of an individual membership is just $35 per year – less than 10 cents per day! We offer a variety of membership tiers that fit every budget.

Much of Ride Illinois time and effort is directed toward are three pillars:
Advocacy: actively working toward legislation that makes it easier and safer for people of all ages and abilities to ride a bicycle in Illinois.
Education: sharing knowledge, information, and resources with bicyclists and motorists to increase safety and reduce crashes on Illinois roads and trails.
Awareness: increasing the public’s knowledge and promoting the bicycle as a viable mode of transportation for everyday trips.

Yes! Our Corporate Member program offers tiers for businesses of all sizes that understand the many benefits of bicycling, the importance of suitable infrastructure, and the impact their support can have on a nonprofit organization.

Ride Illinois offers volunteer opportunities, events, programs, resources, and campaigns in line with our mission to make Illinois better through biking. Examples include:

Ride Illinois’ Illinois Bicycle Calendar lists organized or charity rides, advocacy events, education courses, races, community slow rolls, and other bike-related happenings in Illinois and nearby states.
